The dealer policy of Niceyrig (2024)
Dear Sir/Ms
Welcome to be Niceyrig's Authorized Dealer. Before starting your cooperation with niceyrig, please know the following information.
1. All prices are tax excluded.2. The minimum quantity for order is usually five pieces, special requirement please contact customer service to make a negotiation.
3. Freight is calculated based on the weight and the destination country, it is negotiable.
4. Items will be dispatched within 2-18 working days from the payment date, and niceyrig will inform the specific date by E-mail.
Estimated shipping time: 5-15 working days
Delay may caused by force majeure reasons such as distance, natural disasters, customs, government actions,etc. Urgent orders please confirm with the customer service (niceyrig@outlook.com) before placing order.
5. Customs clearance assistance may be required. Buyers are obliged to assist customs clearance, and the costs being incurred shall be paid by buyers.If customs clearance cannot be completed due to the buyer reason, all costs incurred by niceyrig to retrieve the items will be borne by the buyer, and re-shipment will not be made until the related costs are cleared by buyer.
6. Replacement / Return / Refund:6.1 Within 7 days after receiving the items, missing, damaged, scratch will be re-send or refunded for no reasons after providing relevant proof such as pictures and videos. The problems of damage and loss after 7 days will not be processed., Please check the items as soon as possible when the package being received.
6.2 Within 30 days after receiving the items, you can apply a full refund for no reason.
Refund will be processed when niceyrig receives and inspect the return package. The return shipping fee will be paid by the buyer.
6.3 Return and exchange requirements after 30 days, please contact customer service with clearly reasons. Niceyrig will determine how to process based on buyer's description.
7. If the purchased items are unsalable for more than 1 year, Niceyrig can take back the product at 50% of the purchase price and the products must be in good and new condition, the freight will be paid by the buyer.Thank you!
